Working out of our Thunder Bay office, Bruce specializes in fire and explosion investigation.

Bruce has over 10 years of experience as a fire investigator, including 5 years with the Ontario Fire Marshal's Office, and also 19 years as a police officer with the Metropolitan Toronto Police and the Ontario Provincial Police.

He has participated in many educational seminars and courses relating to fire investigation and is a member of the Canadian Association of Fire Investigators (CAFI), the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI), and the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI).

Bruce has presented numerous lectures and training seminars to insurance professionals, police officers, and fire departments on topics such as fire cause determination, fire investigation, and fatal school bus fires. He has published one article on the topic of fatal school bus fire investigation and has given expert testimony at criminal court.
