Bob has over 35 years of experience in the fuel industry and the forensic engineering industry, dealing with fuel related incidents.

He has attended many training courses relating to subjects such as the use of hydrocarbon fuels, and fuel regulations and codes. He also has experience with agricultural procedures, equipment, and materials.

Bob is a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), the Collingwood Agricultural Society, and the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI).

He has provided expert testimony in all levels of criminal and civil court and specializes in investigations involving natural gas and propane.
